Customer Service Representative (Turkish OR Urdu Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat in fluent Turkish or Urdu.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods/tools.Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and professional communication.Maintain clear and accurate logs of customer interactions in our system.

Tele sales Specialist (Turkish OR Urdu Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:Contact prospective and existing clients in target markets via phone to present products/services in Turkish or Urdu.Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.Meet and exceed monthly call volume and sales quota targets.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Customer Service Requirements:Language Proficiency: Advanced to Fluent level in Turkish or Urdu (written and spoken).Good command of English (for internal communication and training).Excellent communication and active listening skills.Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Tele sales Requirements:Language Proficiency: Advanced to Fluent level in Turkish or Urdu (written and spoken).Proven track record in Telesales, Direct Sales, or Business Development (preferred).Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Target-driven mindset with a positive, resilient attitude.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
