Customer Support Specialist – Video Calls

We're hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our New Cairo office on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an in-office role, not remote.You'll be the voice of our brand on video calls, guiding customers through how to use our products, answering their questions, and making sure every interaction is smooth, confident, and professional.

Our customers are based in the UK, so your English needs to be outstanding — clear, natural, and comfortable at speed.Taking scheduled video calls with UK customers to walk them through product useAnswering questions clearly and calmly, adapting to different customer needsEnsuring customers leave every call confident and satisfiedLogging call outcomes and flagging any issues to the wider teamWorking HoursSunday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 1-hour break includedLocationNew Cairo office — this is a permanent, in-office position only.
