Supervise the daily operations and performance of Fawry Plus branches within the assigned area.
Monitor branch performance against sales, transaction, revenue, and operational targets.
Lead, coach, and evaluate branch teams to ensure productivity and achievement of KPIs.
Ensure branches maintain Fawry Plus service and operational standards.
Follow up on customer experience and resolve operational or service-related issues.
Build strong relationships with branch partners and ensure effective communication and engagement.
Identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes and promote Fawry services.
Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze branch performance reports and develop action plans to close performance gaps.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
Monitor competitors and market activity across Damietta and provide regular market feedback.
Support network expansion by identifying potential locations and business opportunities.
Prepare regular performance reports and updates for management.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experiencein branch operations, sales, retail, fintech, banking, telecom, or a related industry.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of theDamietta market.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Willingness to travel between branches within the assigned area.
