Deputy Purchasing Manager

Assist in managing the procurement and purchasing cycle.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements with concerned departments.Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply-related issues.Prepare purchasing reports and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
