We provide integrated real estate solutions including commercial, residential, and administrative leasing, property management, real estate consultancy, marketing, and investment advisory services.We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team remotely from Egypt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all marketing activities, building our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting the company's continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and continuously improve the company website, ensuring content is updated, SEO optimized, and user-friendly.
• Manage all company social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance reporting.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns for commercial, residential, and administrative real estate properties.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Design, review, and supervise all printed marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, flyers, roll-up banners, and promotional materials.
• Manage the production, content, design, and installation of outdoor advertising boards and real estate signage.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with the company's branding guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Generate qualified leads and improve campaign conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, AI tools, and digital technologies.
• Work closely with management to develop new marketing initiatives that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• TikTok Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics
• SEO
• Email Marketing
• Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and website performance optimization.
• Experience managing company websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience managing CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build, manage, and optimize sales pipelines, lead management processes, customer segmentation, and CRM automation.
• Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns and customer nurturing workflows.
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing and growing social media platforms including content planning, scheduling, community management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and external marketing suppliers.
• Experience managing printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, company profiles, roll-up banners, and promotional materials.
• Ability to supervise the production and installation of outdoor advertising boards and real estate signage while ensuring brand consistency.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and prepare actionable reports with recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English is a prefered
