Direct Purchasing Head

Develop sourcing strategies for key raw materials.Identify and qualify new suppliers locally and internationally.Analyze global commodity trends impacting ceramic and glaze inputs.Build and maintain strong relationships with critical suppliers.Evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, consistency).Lead price negotiations and long-term agreements.Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure material specs matchformulation requirements.Align procurement with production planning and inventory policies.Follow up daily with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers onshipment status.Ensure full compliance with customs clearance procedures, documentation, andregulations.Coordinate closely with logistics and clearance teams to avoid delays, demurrage, andpenalties.Prepare procurement reports for senior management.Identify supply risks (geopolitical, logistics, supplier dependency).

Bachelor's Degree.lives in Fayoum, Giza or 6 October.Relevant experience preferred.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).SAP experience preferred.Critical thinking and negotiation skills.Strong communication skills.Very Good English is a must, both written and verbal.
