Distribution Supervisor (FMCG)

Supervise daily distribution operations and ensure on-time delivery.Manage drivers and delivery schedules efficiently.Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Monitor vehicle utilization and transportation costs.Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.Prepare daily and weekly distribution performance reports.Handle customer delivery concerns and implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.At least 10 years of supervisory experience.Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience in FMCG is a Must.
