DOP/Media Projects Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Photography (DOP) / Media Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end visual productions.

This role requires a creative leader with a strong cinematic eye, outstanding project management capabilities, and proven experience managing commercial productions from concept to final delivery.The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in video production with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure every project is delivered on time and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of video and media production, from pre-production to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans.
• Direct and supervise filming activities to ensure cinematic quality and brand consistency.
• Manage production schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies, freelancers, production houses, and external vendors.
• Oversee lighting, camera operations, audio, and production workflows.
• Ensure all content meets technical, creative, and brand requirements.
• Manage post-production processes including editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final approvals.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain production standards, documentation, and asset organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and creative output.

Requirements* 5+ years of experience in video production, cinematography, or media project management.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, advertising, or branded content production.
• Advanced knowledge of cinema cameras, lighting, audio, and production workflows.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and production vendors.
• Excellent organizational and budget management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in advertising, marketing, e-commerce, or branded content is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience directing commercial campaigns and branded productions.
• Strong understanding of social media content production.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and post-production workflows.
