E-commerce Manager – Suppliers, Shipping & Fulfillment

About the jobWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Manager – Suppliers, Shipping & Fulfillment to join our team and help manage and grow HKSOUQ.com, a Wandora.ai company.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands e-commerce operations beyond the basics.

We need someone who can manage the website, communicate with suppliers, handle shipping and fulfillment, source relevant products, and ensure smooth daily operations across the business.The ideal candidate will be based in Egypt, speak Arabic and English, and have strong experience in e-commerce operations, supplier coordination, and product sourcing.

ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of HKSOUQ.com, a Wandora.ai companyCommunicate with suppliers and follow up on pricing, stock, availability, and order statusSearch for and source products relevant to our store and target marketCoordinate shipping, logistics, and fulfillmentIdentify and work with the right shipping agents and delivery partnersManage returns, exchanges, and return merchandise processesEnsure smooth communication with suppliers and operational partnersMonitor product performance and support the growth of the online storeHelp improve best practices across e-commerce operations

RequirementsBased in EgyptFluent in Arabic and EnglishStrong experience in e-commerce operationsProven ability to speak with suppliers and negotiate effectivelyKnowledge of shipping, logistics, and fulfillmentExperience managing returns and after-sales processesAbility to source products and identify opportunities for store growthDetail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up consistentlyWhat we are looking forWe are not looking for a basic e-commerce assistant.
