- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across offline and digital channels.
- Brief, manage, and oversee our external marketing agency, ensuring on-time, on-brand, and high-quality delivery.
- Plan and coordinate ATL/BTL campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, content, and performance tracking.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, budgets, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROl and brand growth.
- Collaborate with sales and retail teams to design and execute in-store promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum +5 years of experience in marketing, with solid exposure to both offline (ATL/BTL, events, retail) and digital marketing
- Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors and driving execution
- Strong project management skills and the maturity to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- FMCG, F&B, or specialty manufacturing/retail background is a plus
- Ability to commute to or reside in El Obour City, Cairo
