E-commerce Operations & Marketing Assistant – Remote

We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused E-commerce Operations & Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations and growth of a fast-growing modest fashion e-commerce brand.This is a full-time remote position requiring strong organisation, consistency, and attention to detail.Your role will be to execute, maintain, and progressively improve key areas of the business, including product listings, website management, SEO, email marketing, and operational support.You will work within structured processes and will be expected to become increasingly autonomous over time.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and upload product listings on WooCommerceOptimise product titles and descriptions (SEO-focused)Maintain a clean and consistent website structureImprove product pages (clarity, organisation, and conversion)Manage and send email marketing campaignsSet up and maintain basic email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, etc.)Organise product images and coordinate content uploadsPerform basic photo editing (cropping, resizing, simple adjustments)Support blog content upload and formattingAssist in product launches and collection organisationMaintain task tracking systems (Google Sheets / Notion)Follow structured workflows and daily task planningAdditional tasks may be assigned when needed, within a workload consistent with the role.

Experience in e-commerce (WooCommerce preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlinesComfortable handling repetitive but essential tasks with consistencyBasic knowledge of SEO (product pages, keywords, structure)Basic understanding of email marketing (campaigns and flows)Familiar with tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or similarBasic photo editing skills (Canva or similar tools)Good level of English (written and comprehension required)Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
