E-Commerce Sales Account Manager

Build annual ,quarterly and monthly pan with for account, including sales targets , , and media plans.Identify growth levers by account (assortment gaps, price architecture, bundles, exclusive SKUs, seasonal packs).Lead annual commercial contracting negotiation with accounts .Secure digital visibility aligned with sales and marketing plan.Plan promo calendars around tent-pole events all over the year to achieve targets within allocated budget.Monitor ratings/reviews and Q&A; drive response SLAs and review generation plans.Ensure content, claims, and pricing comply with internal policies and platform rules.Maintain clean master data, barcodes, and catalog integrity
Bachelor’s degree.3–5+ years in e-commerce/account management, preferably in FMCG/beverageProven track record managing marketplace/e Retail accounts or in platforms.Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and negotiation experience.Advanced computer skillsSolid understanding of SEO, digital shelfing, product taxonomy, and other required toolsA bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is a plus.Excellent English & Arabic communication (written and verbal).Leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales growth and driving team performance.Data-driven decision-making; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with market trends high awarenessStakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.Project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.Negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.Ownership mindset, urgency, and accountability.
