- Prepare and develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules (weekly / monthly / annual) to avoid breakdowns.
- Create and use checklists for maintenance tasks, including dates, needed materials, required tests, and manpower.
- Coordinate with other departments (engineering, operations, procurement, safety, etc.) for maintenance planning, resource allocation, and compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory: identify needed spare parts, ensure availability, and minimize downtime.
- Support emergency response, on-call duties, and respond quickly to unexpected breakdowns.
- Assist in inspections, calibration, and preventive checks of equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.).
- Maintain and update operation & maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix technical or mechanical issues when they arise.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with medium voltage (MV) equipment: switchgears, RMUs, transformers, protective relays, and control gear.
- Experience in operations, maintenance (preventive & corrective), installation, testing, and commissioning of MV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
