Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability.Plan and execute maintenance shutdowns and equipment overhauls.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.Supervise contractors and technicians during maintenance activities.Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical equipment.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.1--4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, electrical distribution systems, and instrumentation.Familiarity with CMMS software.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
