ERP Odoo Project Manager

HUAYE Company are looking for a high-caliber ERP Odoo Project Manager to join our team at a leading industrial company in the 10th of Ramadan City.This is a critical role for an expert who possesses the technical depth to navigate Odoo’s ecosystem and the managerial prowess to drive a full-scale implementation to success.End-to-End Leadership: Own the entire Odoo ERP lifecycle, from initial gap analysis and requirement gathering to final deployment and post-go-live support.Technical Supervision: Oversee customization, integration, and data migration, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.Project Governance: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and within scope.Documentation: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including SOPs and workflows.Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor the internal team and coordinate effectively with external implementation partners.

Extensive experience in Odoo ERP implementations (preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment).Strong technical understanding of Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, etc.).Excellent project management skills (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).ability to manage complex business processes and lead cross-functional teams.Residency in or proximity to 10th of Ramadan City is preferred.
