Develop and implement strategic sales plans for export markets.Lead and manage the Export Sales team to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.Expand the company's presence across Africa, the GCC, and other international markets.Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnerships.Manage key accounts and lead major project negotiations from inquiry through contract award.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Prepare annual export sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and business development events.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in Export Sales, Business Development, and International Sales Management.Proven experience in export sales within the electrical manufacturing industry.Strong background in Power & Distribution Transformers, Electrical Equipment, Switchgear, MV/LV Solutions, or Energy Infrastructure.Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving sustainable business growth in international markets.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluent English is mandatory;
French is considered a strong advantage.Willingness to travel internationally.
