Export Specialist (Operations & Sales)

Manage communication with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and regulatory authorities.

Conduct Market research on pet food demand, pricing, and competitors in target countries.

Support participation in international trade shows and B2B meetings.

Build and maintain an export pipeline and distribution database.

Strong understand of international trade processes and export operations.

Good knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and global logistics.

Familiarity with export documentations (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Health Certificates, B/L, etc.)Understanding of customs clearance procedures and import regulations in different markets. knowledge of international payment methods (LC, TT, CAD)Ability to conduct market research and distributor identification.

Good understand of FMCG/ food export requirements and product registration.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English for international business.
