Factory Head

Lead daily factory operations including production, planning, quality, equipment, supply chain, warehouse, and EHS.Drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, automation, MES, and digital transformation.Ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, AHRI, CE, and CCC standards.Optimize manufacturing performance, cost efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a Factory Management role within the HVAC industry.Hands-on experience in CAC (Central Air Conditioning) or RAC (Room Air Conditioning) manufacturing is mandatory.Strong background in production, quality, equipment, supply chain, safety, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, ISO systems, and cost control.Solid knowledge of HVAC products such as Chillers, VRF Systems, and Fan Coil Units.
