Finance Manager

The company operates its own manufacturing facility, BRAND for Pharmaceutical Industries, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.Role Summary: Lead the Group's financial operations and support strategic business growth.

It will play a critical role in financial planning, performance management, cash flow optimization, internal controls, and business decision support while driving continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day finance operations and financial reporting activities.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.

Drive ERP optimization and improvements in finance processes.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls.Professional qualifications (CMA, ACCA, IFRS CFA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.8+ years of total finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance position.

Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, or distribution sectors is preferred.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is mandatory.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
