الوصف الوظيفي

  • Own, manage, and develop the entire GoHighLevel / FunnelFusion platform from A to Z.
  • Build, design, and optimize high-converting Funnels & Landing Pages.
  • Create and manage advanced Workflows & Automations for the full customer journey (Lead -> Sale -> Onboarding -> Retention).
  • Manage CRM structure: Contacts, Custom Fields, Custom Values, Opportunities, Pipelines, and Lifecycle stages.
  • Manage Users, Roles, Permissions, and Sub-Accounts.
  • Set up and manage all communication channels: WhatsApp (API), Email (Domain setup & deliverability), SMS, Forms, Surveys, and Calendars.
  • Manage and configure Courses, Memberships, and Communities inside GHL.
  • Handle Payments, Subscriptions, Invoicing, and integration with Stripe / PayPal.
  • Execute advanced integrations using GoHighLevel API, Webhooks, Zapier, andMake.com.
  • Integrate GHL with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and other marketing & analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain Reports, Custom Dashboards, and Conversion Tracking (Pixels, Events).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform QA, and maintain clear documentation (SOPs) for all workflows and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to translate their needs into technical solutions.

المتطلبات والشروط

  • Proven and strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (Must provide portfolio / examples).

FunnelFusion experience is a big plus.

  • Advanced expertise in CRM Management & Marketing Automation.
  • Expert in building Funnels, Websites, Landing Pages, Workflows, Triggers, and Pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of API, Webhooks, Zapier /Make.com.
  • Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Tracking setup.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong interest and hands-on experience inAI & Automation- ability to integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, AI chatbots) into CRM workflows and reporting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver with a System Builder mindset.
  • Ability to work Full-Time remotely with overlapping hours with Dubai (GMT+4).
  • Based in Egypt.
  • Experience with online courses / coaching / info-product businesses.
  • Experience with SaaS mode in GoHighLevel.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for funnel customization.
  • Experience with n8n.
