Head of Leasing

Develop and execute the company's leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue.Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve business objectives and leasing targets.Identify, negotiate, and secure lease agreements with local and international brands.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tenants, and business partners.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and tenant mix to enhance asset performance.Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and commercial terms.Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Property Management, and

• Operations to ensure successful project leasing.Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.10–15 years of experience in Leasing, with at least 5 years in the same position.Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must.Strong network with retail brands and commercial tenants.Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
