Head of Supply Chain

Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy.Lead procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.Manage international suppliers, import operations, freight, and customs clearance.Oversee inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.Ensure material availability and timely delivery for customer orders and projects.Monitor lead times, supply risks, and supplier performance.Drive procurement and logistics cost optimization.Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Projects, and Finance teams.Establish and monitor Supply Chain KPIs.Lead, develop, and evaluate Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory teams.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of Supply Chain experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industry.Proven experience in international procurement, sourcing, and import operations.Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international logistics, freight, and import documentation.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.Excellent negotiation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Very good command of English.Strong ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Cement, Steel, Mining, Fertilizer, Power Generation, Ports & Terminals, Quarry, Bulk Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, or Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.
