Household Category Manager

Define and execute category plans for household products Manage product lifecycles from selection to discontinuation Analyze customer needs, sales performance, and market trends Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers Negotiate pricing, promotions, and supply agreements Plan seasonal assortments and promotional campaigns Ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock/stockouts Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and store operations teams Monitor category KPIs and continuously improve performance

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 3–6+ years’ experience in retail category management (household goods preferred)

Strong commercial and analytical skills Experience in supplier negotiations and sourcing.

Knowledge of consumer trends in household.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
