Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead and build the HR function across our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, establishing scalable HR systems and processes, attracting and retaining top talent, driving organizational development, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports the company’s continued growth.

Lead the Human Resources function across the organization.Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Build the organizational structure, manpower plan, and job descriptions.Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent retention.Establish HR operations, payroll, personnel, social insurance, and employee records.Develop performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs.Build HR dashboards, reports, and people analytics to support business decisions.Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Manufacturing industries.Strong experience managing large blue-collar workforces.Proven experience establishing HR systems, policies, and organizational structures.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, Payroll, and Personnel Administration.Experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, and Organizational Development.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
