Inbound Telesales Representative - American Account

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls from both members and non-members, presenting them with exclusive vacation packages.

Your primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving strong sales performance through consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:● Handle inbound calls from members and non-members with professionalism and enthusiasm.● Engage customers by highlighting the benefits of Holiday Inn Club Vacations’ special vacation packages.● Build rapport quickly and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales.● Identify customer needs and tailor vacation package options accordingly.● Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.● Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior.● Stay up-to-date on promotions, offers, and product knowledge to provide the best experience.

Qualifications & Skills:● Fluency in English (spoken and written). (C1 level)● Average age min 18 - 35 max.● Grad / Undergrad / GapyearShift: 8;00 PM to 4:30 AMNet Salary: 16k MonthlyBonus: 4K MonthlyCommission: up to 70k Monthly
