IT Infrastructure Engineer

- Design, implement, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and cloud services.- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal system operations and business continuity.- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and VPN solutions.- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management solutions.- Perform system upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance activities.- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.- Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate threats.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and system-related issues within the defined SLAs.- Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, procedures, and operational standards.- Participate in on-call support and handle critical incidents during business and non-business hours when required.
