Jerry Can Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Manage and expand the company’s customer portfolio across key industrial sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in industrial sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in industrial plastic packaging, plastic products, chemicals, lubricants, paints, food packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• An established network of relationships with key customers and decision-makers in industries using plastic jerry cans is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and successfully manage strategic customer accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
