Junior Import Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Import Logistics Specialist to manage inbound shipment documentation, update ERP systems, and ensure data accuracy to support smooth import operations Enter shipment data and follow up on invoices through the ERP system.Review and audit shipping and inbound shipment documents for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate system updates.Maintain organized records and support import logistics processes.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.High speed and accuracy in data entry.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
