Junior Production Engineer

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve technical issues.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain production documentation, including process instructions and reports.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.Train and mentor production staff on best practices and operational procedures.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Bachelor's degree in ( mechanical or mechanics ) engineering , preferably at government university Preferably experience at steel manufacturingPreferably has knowledge of Galvanization Industries and Poles manufacturingPreferably October residents
