Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to support the growth of Customer Experience (CX) and outsourcing solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients.The role focuses on prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential customers while working closely with sales and presales teams to build a strong sales pipeline.This position is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably within CX solutions, BPO, outsourcing, or technology services.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients across target industries and marketsGenerate new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networkingBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with the company’s ICPLead Qualification:Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and challengesQualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Presales teamsPipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systemsTrack outreach performance and conversion metricsSupport sales campaigns and ABM initiatives for strategic accountsMarket Research:Analyze trends in CX, BPO, and digital transformation servicesIdentify new vertical opportunities and partnershipsProvide feedback to improve sales messaging and targeting
Experience:2–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside SalesExperience in CX, BPO, outsourcing, contact center, or technology services is preferredStrong experience in cold outreach and pipeline generationSkills:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to engage confidently with decision-makersStrong research and prospecting abilitiesExperience with CRM tools (Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Highly organized with strong follow-up disciplineEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
