Lighting Productions R&D Engineer

Oversee the production of lighting products, ensuring quality and efficiency.Manage the R&D process for new lighting technologies and products.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative lighting solutions.Conduct tests and evaluations on new products to ensure performance and safety standards are met.Monitor production schedules and adjust processes to meet deadlines.Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.Maintain documentation related to production processes and R&D activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting production and/or R&D or electronics production.Strong understanding of lighting technologies and industry standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with LED technology.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in lighting.Familiarity with project management methodologies.
