Manage and track import and export operations from initial dispatch through to final receipt.
Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, Air Waybills, etc.).
Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.
Monitor shipping schedules to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
Resolve any operational issues or delays that shipments may encounter.
Prepare comprehensive reports regarding shipping activities, movements, and costs.

المتطلبات والشروط

Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics field (Air Freight experience is preferred).
Solid experience in import/export operations and shipment handling.
Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed to follow up on operations.
Strong ability to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.
Fluency/Good command of English.
