Job Description
- Manage and track import and export operations from initial dispatch through to final receipt.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, Air Waybills, etc.).
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.
- Monitor shipping schedules to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Resolve any operational issues or delays that shipments may encounter.
- Prepare comprehensive reports regarding shipping activities, movements, and costs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics field (Air Freight experience is preferred).
- Solid experience in import/export operations and shipment handling.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to follow up on operations.
- Strong ability to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.
- Fluency/Good command of English.
