Logistic Specialist (Import Only)

Contact with shipping lines , freight forwarders , marine insurance and custom brokers to secure best rates and services.Draft/review full set of shipping documents .Ensure proper customs clearance of all export shipment .Track vessels/trucks on a regular basis to ensure shipments are delivered to the customers as planned/promised dates .Review logistics invoice/claims and submit them to accounting on time.Control and monitoring of the records of temporary admission customs systemTracking & reporting all pipeline shipments.Clearing of shipments (LCL & FCL) from port with in the shortest possible time .Follow up transportation from port to plant.Book all required shipment for import .Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list , COO , COA , BL….).

Bachelor degree (prefer graduate from faculty of commerce ).2-3 years experience in global & domestic logistics .V.Good in English.Excellent Negotiation skills.Well organized and pays attentions to details .Excellent commands in Microsoft office is a must.Work under pressure.Excellent communication skills.Team player and accountable .
