Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all documentation meets import/ export regulations.Arrange details of shipments operations with forwarders, carriers as necessary for shipping.Responsible for filing.

Process shipments on Courier system.Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments.

Transacting of daily shipments with internal departments and with freight forwarders.

Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis covering shipments history and progress.Review and prepare shipping documents in open and LC terms.

Contact shipping lines & freight forwarders for operations follow up.Ability to deal with SSL portal systems for online quoting and bookings.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree.English language is a must.Sadat City or Menofia residence is a must.

Minimum 3 years of logistics related experience is a must.commercial / warehousing / purchasing background would be a plus.
