Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

-We are looking for an experiencedMaintenance Managerto lead and manage all maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimum downtime.

The ideal candidate will have a strongtechnical background in both mechanical and electrical systems, combined with excellent managerial, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

• Key Responsibilities

·         Develop and implement the overallmaintenance strategyaligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.

·         Lead the maintenance department and manage maintenance teams, ensuring effective manpower planning, performance management, and continuous development.

·         Develop and implementPreventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenanceprograms.

·         Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability while minimizing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.

·         Oversee maintenance activities forindustrial machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and electrical control panels.

·         Troubleshoot and supervise the resolution of complexmechanical and electrical breakdowns.

·         Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting ofmotors, pumps, compressors, production machinery, electrical panels, control systems, and related equipment.

·         Analyze recurring failures and implementRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)and corrective actions.

·         Establish and monitorKPIsfor the maintenance function, including equipment availability, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, and preventive maintenance compliance.

·         Prepare and manage the maintenance budget and ensure effective control of spare parts and maintenance resources.

·         Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

·         Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, documentation, and technical reports.

·         Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.

·         Evaluate maintenance performance and identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement and cost optimization.

·         Manage external contractors and maintenance service providers when required.

·         Stay updated with new maintenance technologies, automation solutions, and best industry practices.
