- Tenant Relations:Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, ensuring lease compliance, and fostering a collaborative retail community.
- Sales & Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns and events that attract visitors and boost sales for tenants.
- Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management:Implement robust safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patrons and staff.
- Community Engagement:Represent the mall within the local community, building positive relationships and identifying opportunities for partnership.

- Seasoned Leadership:A minimum of10-12 years of progressive experiencein retail management, operations management, or a similar leadership role within a large commercial or retail environment.
