Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.This position is site-based and requires working on a 3 week on/1 week off rotation at the company's operational sites (Alex or Matrouh)Job PurposeWe are seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Machinist to perform machining, repair, and refurbishment activities using conventional machine tools while ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.The position supports manufacturing, repair, rethreading, and refurbishment activities for OCTG accessories and oilfield equipment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine OperationOperate manual lathes, milling machines, radial drills, and other conventional equipment.Set up workpieces and machining tools.Perform machining activities according to work instructions and drawings.Manufacturing & RepairManufacture new parts and components.Repair damaged equipment and accessories.Perform threading, boring, drilling, facing, and turning operations.Support refurbishment and maintenance projects.Quality ControlInspect dimensions and tolerances during machining.Use measuring instruments accurately.Ensure finished products meet specifications.Equipment CareMaintain machines in clean and operational condition.Report equipment problems to supervisors.Support preventive maintenance activities.Safety ComplianceFollow workshop safety procedures.Use required PPE.Maintain safe and organized work area.

RequirementsTechnical Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience operating manual lathes.Good knowledge of machining processes.Ability to use precision measuring instruments.Ability to read engineering drawings.Threading API and Premium connections
