Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Service Chemist to join our growing team.

As part of a leading multinational company, this role combines laboratory expertise, technical customer support, and commercial activities to help clients in different industry optimize their formulations, production processes, and product performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, develop, and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Provide technical support and expert guidance on ceramic raw materials, glazes, inks, and related products, ensuring optimal product performance and application.Conduct regular customer visits to evaluate production processes, support product implementation, troubleshoot technical challenges, and recommend effective solutions.Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their operational and quality objectives.Prepare and conduct product trials, technical reports, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and new business development.Support commercial activities by following up on quotations, orders, and customer requests while contributing to sales growth.Maintain accurate records of customer visits, technical reports, and commercial activities using the company's CRM system.Stay up to date with market trends, new technologies, competitor products, and developments within the ceramic industry.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and market requirements.Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
