Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring: Marketing & Brand Manager (Real Estate)Join a fast-growing group combining Real Estate Development + Contracting, headquartered in Saudi Arabia with a strong back-office hub in Egypt.

Job Location: Cairo, EgyptExperience: +5 years and above

• Real Estate preferred is a PLUS Role PurposeDrive qualified demand, strengthen brand visibility, and support sales conversion through strong marketing execution - based on strategic direction and continuous Sales insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing plans and campaigns (pre / during / post launch)
• Support project launches and ensure all marketing assets are ready
• Manage brand identity, positioning, and consistent messaging
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Generate MQLs, improve CPL, and align with Sales on lead quality
• Deliver marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social content)
• Report performance insights and recommend optimizations Who You AreExecution-driven, data-oriented, strong in digital marketing and lead generation, and able to work closely with Sales.
