Marketing Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Budgeting: Plan annual marketing strategies and allocate budgets across channels to maximize return on investment.Campaign Management: Execute digital and traditional campaigns, monitor metrics, and report on campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates).Market Research: Analyze target audience trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.Brand & Content: Ensure consistent brand voice and oversee high-converting content strategies across all platforms.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor creative and performance teams, aligning closely with Sales to meet revenue goals.

Key RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis (Google Analytics, CRM), performance marketing, and strategic planning.
