Marketing Manager

Job Description:Develop and implement the organisation's marketing strategy to support business growth, patient acquisition, and brand awareness.Plan and oversee digital marketing activities, including paid search, search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing, and website optimisation.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximise return on investment.Monitor and evaluate marketing performance using key metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and suppliers, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.Work collaboratively with clinic operations and leadership teams to align marketing activity with service availability, business priorities, and patient demand.Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey, website conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.Ensure marketing communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant with healthcare advertising regulations and company policies.Oversee website content, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns to ensure they reflect the organisation's brand and values.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and patient insights to identify opportunities for improvement and future campaigns.Produce regular marketing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to support business decision-making.Support the launch of new services, specialties, and business initiatives through effective marketing planning and execution.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and campaign performance.Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off ).Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM.Work Location: Heliopolis, Cairo.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing management role.Strong experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing performance analysis.Experience managing external marketing agencies and suppliers.Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align marketing activity with business objectives.Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
