الوصف الوظيفي

Support the execution of marketing activities such as seminars, trainings, and exhibitions, including managing printed materials and attending printing trials.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Food Service markets, including customer behavior, industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Coordinate and support sales team requests, including marketing materials and sample requests.
Coordinate machine transfers between warehouses, distributors, and customers in collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, and warehouse teams.
Organize and execute exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, chef demonstrations, and product sampling activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agencies, and external partners.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Culinary, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on market insights, campaign performance, customer feedback, and business results.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within FMCG, Food Service, or Food Manufacturing industries.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of Food Service market dynamics.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
