We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, while closely monitoring website performance, email/SMS marketing, and overall account health.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor campaign performance daily (minimum 3 times per shift) and proactively identify issues such as abnormal CPMs, CTR drops, ROAS fluctuations, and budget pacing problems.Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, analyzing performance at the campaign, ad set, and creative level.Make data-driven budget decisions: scaling winning campaigns and pausing underperformers, with proper documentation and approvals when required.Submit daily performance reports via Asana and provide clear daily updates to clients.Conduct daily checks of the Shopify storefront to ensure product availability, page functionality, checkout flow, and valid discount codes.Collaborate on creative testing, competitor research, and performance analysis to keep creatives fresh and effective.Monitor and support Email & SMS marketing performance via Klaviyo and Postscript, ensuring core flows are active and list growth is healthy.Analyze Shopify analytics to understand conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and top-selling products.Maintain consistent, professional communication with brand owners, providing context-driven insights—not just raw numbers.Support short-term strategy planning, upcoming launches, promotions, and scaling opportunities.
