Medical Call Center Agent

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and promote services (telesales).Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.Provide accurate information about dermatology services, offers, and treatments.Maintain patient records and update the system regularly.Handle patient complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
