الوصف الوظيفي

Act as the main point of contact for patients, radiologists, and hospital reception.
Schedule and coordinate radiology/pathology procedures and appointments.
Manage patient records using Compucare and Meddbase.
Confirm authorizations, pre-payments, and referral details ahead of appointments.
Send appointment confirmations and clinic communications.
Support consultants with clinic scheduling and admin.
Track outstanding actions and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Upload and distribute reports and clinic letters as needed.

Requirements:Fluent in English with strong communication skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare admin experience is a plus.Confident communicator with both patients and clinicians.Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Compucare or Meddbase is a bonus.
