Merchandiser Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of product and sweets display plans across all branches.

The role ensures consistency, quality, and full alignment with approved strategies that support the company's trade marketing goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly supervise branch display coordinators and ensure they execute their tasks correctly.
• Schedule and conduct periodic branch visits to ensure display quality and consistency across all branches.
• Follow up on the execution of display plans in line with approved brand identity and policies.
• Track new product and item lists, ensuring coordinators understand correct display methods for new launches.
• Monitor coordinators' daily performance, prepare periodic reports on achievements and observations.
• Propose solutions to improve product display methods based on field observations and performance analysis.
• Provide continuous training and guidance to the team to improve work quality and ensure compliance with approved standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree (any relevant discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing or display management, including prior supervisory experience over display coordinators.
• Strong understanding of display strategies and space management.
• Strong people focus, performance-driven mindset, and team leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making and analytical thinking abilities.WORK CONDITIONS
• On-site role: 10% office-based / 90% field-based across branches.
• Working days: 5 days/week — 2 days off.
• Working hours: 8 hours/day.
