Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives and brand guidelines.Plan and implement product assortment and allocation across different OT or TT channels.Oversee visual merchandising and planogram compliance across all outlets.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to optimize replenishment.Analyze sales and market trends to make data-driven merchandising decisions.Lead and manage field merchandising teams to ensure effective execution.Coordinate with marketing and trade teams for promotions and display campaigns.Conduct customers and market visits to identify new trends and opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or retail operations.Strong analytical and numerical abilities for interpreting sales and stock data.
