Modern Trade Sales Representative – Meat CategoryExperience: 4–7 YearsIndustry: FMCG / Fresh & Frozen MeatReporting To: Key Account Manager / Modern Trade Supervisor

Job Summary:Responsible for managing modern trade accounts (Carrefour, Spinneys, Hypermarkets) with a strong focus on fresh and frozen meat products, ensuring product availability, proper cold chain handling, in-store execution, and achieving sales targets while minimizing waste and maximizing product quality.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with modern trade accounts to achieve sales targetsExecute proper meat merchandising & display standards (butchery section)Coordinate with store butchers and section managers for product handling and displayTrack daily sales, stock levels, and shrinkage (waste control)Implement promotions and offers tailored for meat productsMonitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product qualitySupport listing of new SKUs and ensure proper shelf/display placemenHandle order collection and ensure timely replenishment

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field4–7 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably in meat or perishable categoriesStrong knowledge of fresh & frozen meat handling and storageFamiliarity with retail chains (Carrefour, Spinneys, Metro, Hyper One)Good understanding of cold chain and food safety standardsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle perishable products
