Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, SEO, content, and e-commerce channels.
• Lead and follow up with the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, analyze performance, and optimize ROI.
• Monitor e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rate, customer behavior, product visibility, and online offers.
• Review and approve monthly content plans while ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to support marketing collaborations.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Previous experience in healthcare sector companies is a must (Pharmacy Chains
• Cosmetics Companies
• Pharmaceutical Companies)
• Experience in managing advertising campaigns and social media platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
